These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SellerPilot. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

SellerPilot provides automation, analytics, and workflow tools for sellers operating on Amazon marketplaces. The Service uses Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API) for data synchronization and operates in compliance with Amazon's developer and seller agreements.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

• Comply with all applicable laws and Amazon's policies.
• Do not attempt to access the Service through automated means except as we provide.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Do not use the Service to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or manipulative practices on Amazon.

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of SellerPilot Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerPilot Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
